• Rewards accounts are self-managed online. Our staff cannot view, access, adjust, or manually add points at the counter or over the phone.
• Points and balances can only be checked through your online rewards account on our website.
• Redeeming rewards: We strongly recommend placing your order online when using or redeeming points to ensure they apply correctly.
• Eligibility: Not all purchases qualify for points. Certain items, discounts, and promotional offers may be excluded from earning rewards.
• In-store limitations: Employees are unable to search for accounts, modify points, or troubleshoot rewards balances during in-store transactions.
